4 months old
I can't believe over 4 months has passed since the morning I rolled over in bed, looked at my husband, and said, " we're going to have a baby today". (we actually didn't have him until the next day, but close enough). Jack Rabbit is changing on a daily basis. He's consistently rolling from stomach to back, but still no complete rolls from back to stomach. He laughs constantly and loves being around people (we were at the doctors office recently and I could feel his disappointment when we left the waiting room full of strangers who were talking to him, and entered the exam room where it was just he and I!). As you can see from earlier posts, we are just starting solids (we've tried rice and bananas), but I'm not sure he has truly ingested any meaningful amounts yet. He's been sleeping several weeks without having his arms swaddled, which has made him a lighter sleeper. Luckily, as long as he's got his nuk he'll fall back asleep. We're still on medications for reflux: I tried weaning him down only to find out he still truly needs it. His neck tightness (torticollis) is completely resolved, but we've got a couple more doctors/orthotist appointments to figure out the plan for a helmet, etc. He's drooling like crazy so we're expecting some teeth soon. He was loosing his newborn hair (except for the top which is why he always looks like he has a mohawk), but now he's got new thick sprouts all over. He still has blue eyes.....
Sportin' the Easter Jack Rabbit outfit that Gigi got him:
