Sorry for the long lapse in updates.  We're at 20 weeks, officially half way through.  I have absolutely nothing to complain about, although I have nothing to compare to, this has been a very easy pregnancy thus far.  I will say I expected to be bigger by now....I'm sure I'll be regretting that statement all too soon.  I'm also patiently (as patient as all of you know I am....) waiting for that first kick.  Also a potentially regretted statement at some point :)  All in all, mom, dad and baby BOY are happy (hence the change in background color).  All doctors visits and ultrasounds have shown a happy healthy baby. 

 Another update in the Pates' life is our move to Greenville, SC.  Random, yup.  Spontaneous, absolutely.  Poor timing, exactly.  BUT, we are very excited for the many opportunities that this is going to give us and, very importantly, we are going to be closer to family.  Now, to find a house, OB, daycare, etc., etc...............
